Na z\u00e1klade rozkladu slova (\u201e<strong>multi<\/strong>\u201c \u2013 mnohon\u00e1sobn\u00fd, viacn\u00e1sobn\u00fd a \u201e<strong>task<\/strong>\u201c \u2013 \u00faloha) vidie\u0165, \u017ee koncept multitaskingu predstavuje mo\u017enos\u0165, resp. <strong>schopnos\u0165 realiz\u00e1cie viacer\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt s\u00fa\u010dasne<\/strong>. Multitasking tak predstavuje paraleln\u00e9 spracovanie viacer\u00fdch \u00faloh.<\/p><p>V po\u010diatkoch bol multitasking prvopl\u00e1novo vn\u00edman\u00fd ako \u201e\u00fa\u017easn\u00fd pomocn\u00edk\u201c. Dnes je \u010doraz viac akcentovan\u00fd jeho negat\u00edvny aspekt. Neust\u00e1ly kontakt s multitaskingom si vyber\u00e1 svoju da\u0148 nielen v osobnej, ale aj v pracovnej sf\u00e9re. V\u00fdsledkom s\u00fa \u201einovovan\u00e9\u201c strat\u00e9gie spracovania inform\u00e1ci\u00ed.
